Don Millican is the Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer for Kaiser-Francis Oil Company; Broken Arrow, OK; Past Board Chair for Oklahoma Christian University; Elder at Park Plaza Church of Christ.

Mr. Don P. Millican serves as Chief Financial Officer of Kaiser-Francis Oil Company, Inc. Prior to Kaiser-Francis, Mr. Millican was a Partner in the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young, where he served as Managing Partner of the Oklahoma practice and served on the national Board of Partners. Over his 29 years in public accounting, Mr. Millican served a variety of clients as the overall coordinating partner for its services to ExxonMobil and Wal-Mart.

Mr. Millican is engaged in many civic activities, serving on the board of Community Action Project, Tulsa Educare, Inc., Neighbor for Neighbor, Oklahoma Policy Institute and Tulsa Neighborhood Networks. He also formerly served as chairman of the Board of Trustees of Oklahoma Christian University. Mr. Millican serves as a Director of Memjet, Ltd and Memjet Home and Office, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He attended the University of North Texas and earned a B.B.A in accounting in 1974.
