President of the Biblical Institute of Zagreb

Dr. Stepp became President of the Biblical Institute of Zagreb on December 1, 2016. He and his wife Beth moved to Zagreb in February of 2017.

Perry is well qualified for this role. He attended Dallas Christian College, and has a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern New Mexico University; a Master’s Degree from Lubbock Christian, and Ph.D. in Religion and Biblical Studies from Baylor University. He has previously served as the Vice President for Academic Affairs at both Kentucky Christian University and Dallas Christian College, and spent a number of years as a Professor.

Respected scholar and CECEF Board Member Dr. Rubel Shelly (Professor of Philosophy & Religion at Lipscomb University) recently expressed his pleasure with this appointment:

Perry brings excellent educational credentials, solid experience in academia, and passionate devotion to the health of local churches to this task. In my opinion, these are the qualities that will allow us to build on the solid achievements of the past several years and move the Biblijski institut to the next level.
